My name is Bernadette McCarthy and I am a Psychologist and Life Coach living and working in the Hills District of Sydney, Australia.
My passion is helping people to throw off the chains in their mind and body that hold them back from living a life they love. I am a Psychologist who likes to work in an holistic way, integrating natural methods of maintaining wellbeing into my therapy and coaching.
I offer therapy to adults over 18 years who are usually struggling with the impact of anxiety, depression, relationship distress, conflict or stress in their lives.
My coaching clients are parents, business owners, executives, retirees and others who are looking to clarify their life direction and generate some change in their health, career, business, relationships or parenting.
